When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline.
Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Deliveries within Australia will typically arrive within 5-14 business days. Estimated delivery times take into account the current delays due to COVID-19 restrictions and increased parcel volumes.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our “standard” international shipping rate is $150 AUD. Sometimes we are able to make exceptions on shipping costs, and work out a quote which could be less than $150. If you email info@katypecker.com with your full street address, and the exact items you are purchasing, we can work on getting a quote for you.

International customers will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping the package. This could include the shipping of 1 or more boxes to your address. This could also include any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. Duties and taxes are subject to change depending on the day; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country’s government. KATY PECKER PTY LTD will not cover additional charges related to import duties and taxes.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from the expected delivery date to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package beyond this window, we cannot accommodate for any missing orders or packages.
